Account Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a wholesale account with Crust & Crumb Supplies Ltd., applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Hold a valid Canadian business number (BN) issued by the Canada Revenue Agency
  • Operate a licensed foodservice establishment or food manufacturing facility
  • Provide a completed credit application with two trade references
  • Meet the minimum initial order threshold of $500.00 (before applicable taxes)
  • Maintain a physical business address within Canada for delivery purposes

Account applications are typically reviewed and approved within 48 business hours. Expedited review is available upon request for time-sensitive onboarding situations.

Delivery Schedules

Crust & Crumb operates a fleet of temperature-controlled delivery vehicles servicing the Greater Toronto Area and surrounding regions. For customers outside our direct delivery zone, we partner with national LTL carriers to provide coast-to-coast coverage across Canada.

Weekly Delivery

Recommended for medium-to-high volume operations consuming perishable ingredients on a regular basis. Orders are placed by Monday 2:00 PM EST for delivery on your assigned day (Tuesday through Friday). Your account manager will work with you to assign a standing delivery day that aligns with your receiving schedule.

  • Modifications accepted until 24 hours before delivery
Bi-Weekly Delivery

Cost-effective option for lower-volume operations or accounts primarily ordering non-perishable items such as packaging and flour. Orders placed every other week with a consistent schedule. Ideal for accounts managing tighter inventory budgets or those with adequate on-site storage capacity to support less frequent deliveries.

Payment Terms

Crust & Crumb Supplies Ltd. offers the following payment terms to approved wholesale accounts:

2/10 Net-30 All accounts 2% early payment discount for invoices paid within 10 days of invoice date.
COD / Prepay New accounts (optional) Available for accounts not yet approved for credit terms. Visa, Mastercard, wire transfer, and certified cheque accepted.

Late payments are subject to a service charge of 1.5% per month (18% per annum) on outstanding balances past due. Accounts with balances exceeding 60 days past due may be placed on credit hold until the balance is resolved. All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are exclusive of applicable HST/GST.
